LAST YEAR I wrote:
Falling for the same old lie (wrapped in a different colour and a more alluring shiny wrapper) left me in a heap — trampled after a personality-profile-type-blood-red double-decker-bus colission...
Yes, I read Byron Katie’s “A Thousand Names for Joy”. And yes, I read Nancy Klein’s TIME TO THINK, and many more.... I spend lots of time with Father (and two colleagues, thanks Debbie and Lori who each coached me for one session). I also journaled with my 'personal coach'. Her name is Annie, and she coaches from inside the front and back covers of "Are you Connected?", the third book on my bedside table.
Learning what I could from all these including “The Veiled Value of Oopses” (previous post) and tapping into my own Resilience made bouncing back a lot easier and quicker! However, the cumulative effect of this kind of crash on my body can no longer be entertained! The cost (strain) on my intelligent HEART is just too high!
PROMISE TO SELF
I'll stay focused! No more Self-deception, won't be going into the Box! It is now daily PRACTICE of PRESENCE and PURPOSE - Living with Father in Harmony with the Way Things Are.... and a Heart at Peace, Being at Choice... and all this made possible by outrageous Grace! What JOY!!!
Watch me - keep me accountable...
Or better yet, join me on the next course- DETAIL HERE:
